Toadette, known officially in the game as Archivist Toadette, is a Toad found within Peach's Castle in the Mushroom Kingdom who will reveal an achievement system upon first talking to her. Slots for additional Power Moons will be added to the moon list for the Mushroom Kingdom (accessed from the map screen), which will be awarded to the player one at a time upon speaking to Toadette after completing the achievement. If the player has satisfied the criteria for multiple unclaimed achievement moons, they will be awarded whichever one is first in the list each time Toadette is spoken to.

Achievement moons are distinguished by a Toadette icon next to them in the moon list, and unlike other moons, their names can be viewed before collecting them, as well as the achievement criteria.
