Inside Top-Hat Tower
Inside Top-Hat Tower is a sub-world in Cap Kingdom that is used to reach the top of Top-Hat Tower in the overworld. The level is intended to be traversed by capturing a frog and using its high jumps to scale multiple tall ledges.

Trivia
- Using a trick known as Frogless, it is possible to scale the entire level without capturing any frogs, only using Mario's core movement abilities.
- Similar tricks can also be used to collect both clusters of regional coins in the level. The cluster halfway through the level can be easily collected using a homing upthrow, while the area above the start of the level with the remaining four regional coins can be reached using the invisible blocks along the right side of the wall.
