New Donk City Hall Interior is a sub-world in Metro Kingdom that takes place on the upper level of the New Donk City Hall building on the north end of the kingdom. It is one of the few sub-worlds in the game that varies its state based on the scenario of the kingdom; in this case, the aesthetic and music vary between daytime and nighttime. Although the level is intended to be required to reach the top of the skyscraper in nighttime Metro Kingdom to activate the Mechawiggler fight, it can be skipped entirely with a trick known as City Hall Skip.
In speedruns, New Donk City Hall Interior is also the location of a cycle skip known as Goomba Fuck, known for being somewhat precise.
