The Underground Moon Caverns, or Moon Cave for short, is one of the [[Mini Worlds]], or sub areas, in the [[Moon Kingdom]]. There are 5 [[Power Moon|power moons]] in the Moon Caverns, and 18 [[Regional coin|regional coins]]. [[Moon Cavern Skip|Moon Cave Skip]] is used in most categories to skip the moon cave. Moon Cave Skip is used in most categories to skip the moon cave. In categories like 100%, All Moons, and All Purple Coins, Moon Cave skip is used, but the Moon Caverns are entered later. This skips the boss fight against Madame Broode at the end.
