Moon Cave Skip

Moon Cavern Skip (sometimes simply referred to as 'Moon Cave Skip' or 'Moon Skip') is skip that can be

performed in the Moon Kingdom. It skips the 'Underground Moon Cavern' sub-area which saves time in the Any%, World Peace, Dark Side and Darker Side categories. To perform Moon Cavern Skip, the player must either groundpound, backflip or sideflip off the Sphynx's head and then wall jump in specific places on the surrounding walls to gain enough height to access the platform above.
