Bubble: Difference between revisions

In some circumstances, Mario will be placed into a '''bubble''' and carried back to a location known as his '''safe spot''', which is generally the last safe location that Mario stood on solid ground. Bubbles are most commonly encountered in [[Assist Mode]], where they will generally activate when Mario touches a [[Area object|death area]], [[lava]], or [[poison]], but bubbles are also used in specific circumstances regardless of whether Assist Mode is enabled. The player cannot move while in a bubble, and being placed in a bubble will also teleport [[Cappy]] back onto Mario's head.
