World Peace: Difference between revisions

The term World Peace refers to the Achieve World Peace mission given by Toadette, which requires completing the main story and thus attaining peace in every kingdom up through Moon Kingdom. This term is especially used in the context of speedruns. World Peace speedruns generally involve attaining peace in each kingdom upon the first visit, with timing matching that of Any%, beginning when selecting the Start button on a new file and ending when shooting out of the spark pylon in the Escape sequence.

Speedrun route[edit | edit source]

Since kingdom peace is unavoidable in the Cap, Cascade, Cloud, Lost, Ruined, Bowser's, and Moon Kingdoms, the route only deviates from the optimal Any% route in the remaining kingdoms. Like Any%, the World Peace route is primarily modular across kingdoms, meaning a route change in one kingdom will almost never affect routing in another kingdom.
