The fast launch buff can be acquired by jumping off of specific surfaces, and increases the speed boost given when jumping. Little is known about exactly what surfaces trigger the buff, but it seems to be most frequent when moving downhill or on a concave surface. In the context of the [[Torkdrift]] fight, it can be gained by traveling over the Uproot's spawn pad and jumping just as the Uproot is about to walk off of the pad.
