Dino Skip is a speedrun strategy used to skip the intended route to Madame Broode by abusing the ~~dinosaur~~ capture. Not to be confused with [[Madame Broode Skip]], Dino Skip is used in nearly all speedrun categories of the game and is one of the biggest timesaves in Any%. In Dino Skip, the player captures the ~~dinosaur~~ and breaks the rocks covering the trampoline in front of the ~~dinosaur~~ platform. The player then bounces off that trampoline with the ~~dinosaur~~ and at the bounce, uncaptures the dinosaur and dives ~~onto~~ the boss ~~platform~~
