Chargin' Chuck Hovering is a glitch allowing the player to get infinite height with the use of 2 player mode and two Chargin' Chucks. This glitch takes place in the underground moon caverns in Moon Kingdom.
Performance
To perform Chargin' Chuck Hovering:
- The player must switch to two player mode
- The player must bring two Chargin' Chucks very close to each other so that very little room seperates them
- The player must adjust the Chargin' Chucks so that they face each other
- The player must capture one of the two Chargin' Chucks
- The player must repeatedly shake the controller they have assigned to Cappy
If done correctly, Cappy will capture the other Chargin' Chuck and then capture the original again. Every time a Chargin' Chuck is uncaptured, it gains height meaning after many consecutive uncaptures, the player can gain lots of height
