High-Rise Building is a sub-world in the Metro Kingdom accessed using a Mini Rocket on a small island on the west side of the kingdom. This island is normally accessed using the pipe in the Crowded Room but can also be jumped to from various high points in the overworld. The High-Rise Building level consists of platforming around a tall building by swinging on horizontal poles.
