A cap throw clip is a type of out-of-bounds clip that involves cap throwing while on a slanted surface in order to clip through an adjacent wall. Cap throw clips are also possible using a roll cancel using the exact same motion as a roll cancel clip, and while some have theorized that cap throw clips are actually just a more precise method of performing roll cancel clips, it is unknown whether this is actually the case.
Cap throw clips are only possible on game versions 1.1.0 and earlier.
