This is a trick jump allowing you to skip the second section of the High Rise sub-area. This trick jump requires a midair downthrow and quick motion controls which is exclusive to joycons. This jump is commonly referred to as 'True metro impossible' and METROid. The highest point in the high rise sub area is a good place to practice movement

Reproduction Steps

  • Upthrow
  • Ground pound and bounce off cappy
  • Midair Downthrow
  • Groundpound into a vault
  • Throw Cappy and shake immediately
  • Perform a rainbow twirl
  • Throw Cappy, dive and bounce on him
  • Rainbow twirl again
  • Wall jump
  • Throw Cappy and Shake immediately
  • Rainbow twirl
  • Dive on the ledge
