Skull Sign Clip is a glitch that allows you to get out of bounds in the Sand Kingdom by abusing one of the various skull signs scattered around the kingdom.
Execution
- Have a bullet bill destroy a skull sign
- Have the player position Mario in the center of the skull sign
- Once the skull sign respawns, Mario will be pushed out of bounds
