A Mini Inverted Pyramid Clip, often abbreviated as a MIP Clip, is a type of out-of-bounds clip that involves a Mini Inverted Pyramid pushing Mario out-of-bounds. A Mini Inverted Pyramid is a moving platform in Sand Kingdom that looks like the Inverted Pyramid.
Execution
The most common way to execute a MIP Clip:
- Hang off a edge that a MIP will run into.
- Let go when the MIP is covering the end of the track.
- Cap throw.
- Slide against the wall until you've gone out-of-bounds.
As shown here you can also do the clip without grabbing the edge.
